My first job in real estate was working for my Father's real estate company in Chapel Hill, NC, (Spratt Real Estate & Construction), when I was 15. In 1981, I began working for Howard Perry & Walston/Better Homes & Gardens in Raleigh, NC and eventually got my real estate license in 1987. I worked with Allen Tate Realtors for over 13 years and finally decided to go out on my own so I could give more personalized and one on one service to the people that I work for!
I believe that as an agent it is my duty to treat everyone as if they are a member of my family. Buyers and Sellers deserve my undivided attention and commitment to bring them to a successful closing on their property. My background coupled with over 34 year of real estate experience, gives my clients an edge making the transaction experience both positive and seamless. One of my strengths includes helping the consumer make real estate decisions that are conducive to both their financial and personal needs.
For me, being a REALTOR Ⓡ is about more than just selling homes, it’s about building relationships. It also means being professional, courteous, educated and competent.
